My husband purchased a car from Unique and from the very start, the service was wonderful. Raza & AJ took great care of us & were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The day after we brought the car home, the engine light came on, so we contacted Zack (owner). He was incredible. He immediately made an appointment for us at the mechanic's the next day. His mechanic was phenomenal at correcting the situation and everything was fixed so quick. Was a minor problem fix. We stopped by after to see Zack and we were so pleased by his professionalism and how he took care of us like we were family.

Unique cars indeed! Ill admit from the outside it doesnt look like much, especially if youre a longtime burlington resident who's likely unknowingly driven by it thousands of times. But they exceeded my expectations and then some! First time buying from a dealership and I am still in love with my car 6 months later. They made communication easy, were completely upfront with the costs and eliminated all the small annoying steps between buying and getting behind the wheel. My car had been sitting through some of the colder months which resulted in some issues with my gas tank the first time I filled it. They got me in within a day for diagnostics, ended up needing a whole new tank and they took care of it entirely within a weeks time and haven't had a problem since. Raza was an absolute pleasure to work with, beyond friendly and helpful and incredibly sweet. I even went back in the fall to get my winter tires through them and even that was a breeze. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Raza was extremely helpful and professional. What I liked best was that there was no nonsense or 'hidden fees' or mark ups of any kind. I got a great vehicle at a very fair price and I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

I got a Chrysler 300 from them and their service was very nice and I would like to appreciate them as their dealing was good and after service was great too…I got an engine light after few days on car but they fixed it free of cost..

Brian was amazing to deal with. He wasn't pushy about selling me the car I went there to look at. When I picked it up he made sure I knew how to use all the features before I drove away! Very patient and polite through the whole process! Met Zack briefly and he was very polite as well.

I purchased my first car here back in February and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As soon as I stepped onto the lot, Brian and Zak were incredibly helpful without ever making me feel pressured to make a decision. Once I picked my car, they had it sent to the garage for me to make sure it’s in good working order and I was very pleasantly surprised that they went to the trouble of installing a brand new battery and timing belt for no added cost. They even fixed a few small exterior cosmetic issues and detailed the interior for me. When I picked it up it felt like a brand new car.
